Richerson Consulting was founded by Ethan Richerson with a simple belief: recruiting is fundamentally about relationships. In a region known for innovation and ambition, the people who keep organizations running — the Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and Operations professionals — are too often overlooked by traditional recruiting firms.
Richerson Consulting was built to change that. We specialize exclusively in administrative and operations talent, giving us a depth of understanding that generalist firms can't match. Ethan has a background in investment banking, financial sales, and venture capital debt financing. In 2014 he made a transition, and has built a career in the Bay Area recruiting ecosystem, building a reputation for integrity, attentiveness, and an uncanny ability to match the right person with the right role. He founded Richerson Consulting to bring a more personal, more deliberate approach to administrative recruiting.
Ethan takes the time to know each candidate's career goals and each client's culture. He stays in touch long after the placement is made — checking in, offering advice, and maintaining the relationships that define his approach.
